Welcome to NOOR. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NOOR mobile application (the "App") operated by Youssef Abdelali ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
NOOR is a daily affirmation application designed to provide inspirational content, personalized reminders, and image sharing capabilities for personal well-being.
2. Subscriptions and Purchases (In-App Purchases)
Subscription Options: NOOR offers auto-renewable subscription plans (including Weekly and Yearly plans).
Free Trial: Yearly plans may include a 7-day free trial period. If offered, you will not be charged until the end of the free trial period.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
Managing and Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Free Trial Forfeiture: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
3. License and Content Usage
All content provided in NOOR (including text, graphic cards, branding, and design) is owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and share individual affirmation images on social media or messaging platforms for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
4. User Conduct & Device Permissions
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws. Granting permissions for push notifications or photo library access is optional, though disabling them may limit certain features (e.g., receiving daily reminders or saving affirmation cards to your photos).
5. Medical & Wellness Disclaimer
NOOR provides positive affirmations for informational and motivational purposes only. The App does not constitute medical, psychological, or professional health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any mental health or medical concerns.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Youssef Abdelali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
